What we do?

We deliver Avocados which are just ripe
Something which are just ready to use and can also be used within 3-4 days if refrigerated.

Refrigerate them on delivery if they are ripen to your desired consistency

If not, keep them outside until it ripens to your desired consistency (they should get ready overnight or in a day for you) 

We don't deliver anything which is hard, as its ripening can get unpredictable, nor too ripe which doesn't give you a shelf life and convenience of usage.
